You can obtain this fix by contacting Microsoft and asking for the KB978871 Interim Update for E14 RU4. If they have a problem locating this fix, have the search the bug database for RU4 and 319832. This fix will be included in SP1

We got the update but didn't work for us with EMC SourceOne. Also updated to SP1 and that didn't work either. We are still getting duplicates when we journal and then shortcut. Thankfully EMC and MS are taking it seriously now so we are making some progress. Neill
